Our Home Health Services
Ventura Care Home Health is a Medicare and MediCal certified Home Health Agency. We provide services to home bound patients with a wide range of diagnosis. Our skilled nurses and staff provide individualized care to promote and assist patients in restoring health and minimize the efforts of their illness and disability. We provide personalized teaching and education for the patient and the family, on preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Our nurses will also follow and assist with medically prescribed and coordinated services which are appropriate to the plan of care and will enhance the patients return to independent activities of daily living.
